Photo taken by a woman in her thirties who fights severe anxiety, agitation, and panic attacks. She wants to be the wife and mother that she thinks her family deserves, but it is a constant struggle.
About this photo: “I wish I could be more like my toddler. That I could grab something, a toy or someone’s hand, and be instantly ready to run off and have an adventure. That I could take an object and with the magic of imagination bring it to life. I used to be like that, but as the years have gone by it has gotten harder for me to adapt. My anxieties take over and I freeze up. Thankfully I have medication to help, and my daughter’s hand, which is the biggest help of all.”
