Light

image1

Photo taken by contributor Annie, a woman who lives with PTSD, depression, anxiety and dissociation. Meditation, yoga, music and the expressive arts are helpful tools. Her companion cat, Rumi, brings her much comfort.

About this photo: “On the passing of a friend’s wife, on the passing of a friend’s mother…a great light still burns brightly! A light that cannot be extinguished. And it shines, and it’s warmth comforts the healing hearts of all. All who suffer loss, are in pain, all who have experienced darkness and never thought they would see Light again.
