About this photo: “I call this photo Window of Opportunity. Sometimes I look out the window and think of all the things I could be doing, the things I want to do. But my depression makes it easy to say no to everything and stay in bed all day. I’ve found the best thing to do as hard as it can be is to force myself to go out and do something, anything. Nothing is ever as bad as it is in my mind.”
