Journey Into Fighting Depression

Please welcome first-time contributor TheFrenchCanadianMillennial, a young entrepreneur who has fought depression. People know her as a fighter. She loves art, marketing, communication, events, but mostly giving to others. After experiencing depression, she found that life felt meaningless if she wasn’t giving back to others. Her goal now is to create a community to support young professionals with depression.

About this photo:

“Wake up
Reach the bottle of pills next to my bed
Crack my bottle of water
Take these pills

Nothing more except being mindful about who I am and my journey into health.
