Catharsis 3

Photo taken by contributor Jennifer Blue, a 53-year-old manic depressive avidly shooting in Los Angeles. Photography has always been her primary art medium because of its immediacy. Her search and creation of decisive moments has been a valuable therapeutic tool.

About this photo: “This is image #3 from the Catharsis Series, 2016, a self-portrait.  I am going through some heavy shit at this juncture and this image translates the process.”
