Please say hello to first-time contributor Matt Floyd, a 40-year-old man based in West Sussex, England. Matt is recovering from depression after a series of losses and dealing with past traumas all came to a head. The recovery has been hard work, but it is going well. Counseling has helped a great deal, and he is now coming to terms with his depression. Matt spends his time looking for employment, running, and taking photos.

I had depression years back . I was under tremendous stress and what got through it all was Jesus Christ , prayer, counseling , medication for awhile and support from those with understanding of the situation . great piece of work
