Armageddon

Photo taken by contributor Leonard, a 66-year-old man who has suffered bouts of bipolar illness since his twenties. He has been a fine arts digital photographer for the past 13 years and prior to that a Pediatrician for 23 years.

About this photo: “This photograph is called ‘Armageddon’ and was taken in Central Park, NYC in November of 2012.

Allegorically it represents the light and dark sides of life which most of us dealing with mental illness have experienced.“
