Negative Thought Patterns

Photo taken by contributor Jacque who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD. She is a graphic designer, wife, and mother to two boys. She is learning to draw from God’s strength to get her through every day. She has also found art and music to be great healers and outlets for the soul.

About this photo: “Sometimes I’m my own worst enemy. My anxieties can cause me to doubt myself to do my job to the best of my abilities. Thankfully, I have the awareness of when I need help. Danielle gave me some much needed advice the night before a recent photoshoot on things to do to calm myself and I got some great shots. Sometimes we just need to grab the hook to be lifted upwards out of our own negative thought patterns and see just how lucky we really are…”

We all need to stop slowly hanging ourselves. This is what your photo said to me, thank you.
