It helps me feel creative, present and alive. I took this photo a few months ago when I was hypomanic. Color and light were shining through my personal darkness in chaotic but beautiful ways.“

Anon: Thanks for the nice comments. It was a long exposure of colored lights. The lights and camera were moving.

That’s very interesting… I suffer from depression too. This DOES look like a good idea to vent stuff maybe. I might just give it a go :O)

I have Bipolar II also. That picture looks alot like my thoughts when they are racing around!
