She works full-time and travels a lot with her job and all this means whilst life is very interesting it can be challenging and tiring at times when trying to cope with thankfully lessening bouts of depression which have plagued her all of her adult life.

About this photo: “I took this photograph of a flower in my garden in June after weeks and weeks of incessant rain. I was inspired by the beauty and resilience of the flower which shone through despite the heavy downpours and gusty breezes. There is a saying that you can’t have a rainbow without the rain and I try and remember this when I am feeling down. I dig deep and reach out for much needed support from friends and family safe in the knowledge that from past experience things will get better and the sun will shine again.”
