About this photo: “I took this self portrait in the bathtub of an apartment I rented for a spring in Saint Louis. It was the same bathroom I had my first panic attack in. I carefully held the camera above my head, and imagined I was asleep as I clicked the shutter. The bath water was so hot the lens kept fogging up.”

What a lovely photo. I’m so pleased that the freckles on this girl’s face weren’t photoshopped out. They make the photo so much more visually pleasing.
