  1. Thanks for being brave and sharing. The process of adjusting to meds, dealing with family’s reactions, dealing with all of our own internal battles along with “what does this diagnosis mean?” is hard. Just know that you’re not alone. Together we can get through the darkness and into the light…and the laughter!

  2. I know all of this too well. Depression, anxiety, that feeling on inner emptiness and internal organs pressing against one another. I know it too well, and I’m trying to get away from these feelings. Sometimes, it helps me to just read stories of other people, who are struggling with the same problems as I do. You give me hope that one day, everything will turn to be OK, and I will live the way I used to before my condition developed to an unbearable amount. In my case, I portrait my illness as a winter beach, empty and lifeless, only with distant sounds of waves.
