Please say hello to first-time contributor j Paul, a 37-year-old man who has suffered from PTSD and severe depression from a young age. j began parachuting at age 21. A life-changing experience led him to become a free fall photographer. Since then, he has been able to share the exciting thrill and accomplishment with countless others as he films and captures stills of first timers as well as other experienced jumpers.
About this photo: “This photograph was taken while parachuting during the peek of a solar eclipse. The jump was timed to the second. The eclipse was during sunset so even though the eclipse was a total, the ratio between the sun and moon were off leaving a twilight like fee rather then almost total darkness.”
