You just go one day at a time and make sure that you are seeing a counselor and taking any prescribed medications. This is a GREAT photograph and depicts depression perfectly, but I can tell you from personal experience it does get better…you just have to be willing to do the work.

Perfect picture for the description of depression. I’ve felt that way for most of my life! Fortunately, lots of counseling and medication have helped me go through the fences along the way.
